M. Kyle Floyd

Mr. Floyd, from Pine Mountain, Georgia, received a B.B.A. degree in Business Administration upon graduating Summa cum laude from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia.  While there, he was a member of Golden Key National Honor Society and a recipient of the Hatton Lovejoy Scholarship. 

Mr. Floyd received his J.D. degree from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 1999, wherein he was a Hatton Lovejoy Graduate Studies Scholar and received the CALI Award for excellence in Legal Writing and Research I.  Mr. Floyd has practiced in both the public and private sectors and clerked for the Honorable Benjamin W. Studdard III, Chief Judge of the State Court of Henry County.  Mr. Floyd joined the Law Offices of Emmett L. Goodman, Jr. LLC in 2009.  

Mr. Floyd is a member of the Macon-Bibb County Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
